What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has
shipped.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us at matchamuttco@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Can I edit or add anything to my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to update it. Reach out to us right away at matchamuttco@gmail.com with your order details.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?
Please contact us at matchamuttco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll make sure you get the right product as quickly as possible.
My order was marked delivered but it's not here.
If your package was marked delivered but you can’t find it, please double-check with neighbors or your building management. If it still hasn’t turned up, email us at matchamuttco@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.
